It is stacked with match types which is always great. They managed to keep everything that made WWE 13 great intact here when it comes to virtually recreating the WWE. It made for an overall more fun and quicker experience that especially came true when you were playing with a friend. The gameplay had been kicked up a notch from WWE 13 and as a result, things were much more fluid and faster. In WWE 2K14 things were actually looking quite good. While over the last few years, the WWE 2K series has just gotten staler and staler in terms of the gameplay.

John Cena leads the charge in Ruthless Aggression and the current stars of today are what The Universe Era is about. The Attitude Era mode features stars like The Rock and Steve Austin. Each chapter features classic WrestleMania moments to play through such as Hulk Hogan’s classic matches, Bret Hart, and Shawn Michaels's rise during the New Generation Era.
